What exactly does “starting at” price include?

The starting price covers the base package (photographer, coverage hours, edited photos via Google Photos). It does not automatically include hot date surcharge, venue surcharge, transport, or add-ons, these depend on your specific date and location. Use the booking form to get your exact estimate before confirming.

What is a “hot date” and does it cost extra?

A “hot date” is a popular wedding/event date (usually weekends, school holidays, or dates many couples want at once). Bookings on hot dates may have a small surcharge due to high demand. We’ll always tell you upfront if your chosen date falls under this, no surprise charges after booking.

Is transport included in the price?

No, transport is charged separately, starting from RM50 around Kuala Terengganu. Locations further out will have a higher transport estimate, this will be shown in your booking form calculation before you confirm.

How much deposit do I need to pay to secure my date?

A 30% deposit is required to lock in your date. The balance can be settled closer to your event date, we’ll arrange the details with you after your deposit is confirmed.

How long does it take to get my edited photos?

Timing varies by package and season, but we always aim to deliver as fast as possible, many clients get their teaser photos within days, with the full edited gallery to follow via Google Photos.

Can I choose an outdoor location, or is it fixed?

For most packages, yes you can suggest a location, and we’re happy to recommend nice spots around Kuala Terengganu if you’re not sure where to shoot. Some packages include a free same day outdoor session as part of the main coverage.

What if I need to change my date or cancel?

Reach out to us via WhatsApp as early as possible. Date changes are subject to availability, and our full terms are outlined in Terms & Conditions. We understand things happen, just talk to us early so we can help.

How do I actually book a session?

Use the Booking inquiry page, choose Malay or English form, select your package, and the form will calculate your estimate (including any hot date/venue/transport charges). Once you’re happy with the estimate, send it to us via WhatsApp to confirm availability.
