1. Booking, Confirmation & Deposit

Quotation, estimate atau penghantaran booking form tidak dianggap sebagai pengesahan booking.

Booking hanya dianggap secured selepas deposit atau bayaran yang diperlukan telah diterima dan disahkan oleh Temuha Photography.

Bergantung kepada jenis booking, status pengesahan boleh berbeza seperti:

• Package / special rate secured;
• tarikh locked, masa TBC; atau
• tarikh dan masa confirmed.

Bagi booking yang masih menunggu jadual rasmi seperti konvokesyen, package atau special rate boleh disahkan terlebih dahulu walaupun tarikh tepat atau masa masih belum ditetapkan.

Deposit

Deposit yang telah dibayar tidak akan dipulangkan sekiranya pembatalan dibuat oleh pihak client, kecuali dinyatakan sebaliknya secara bertulis oleh Temuha Photography.

Jumlah deposit bergantung kepada jenis servis, pakej atau quotation yang dikeluarkan. Untuk Sesi Studio Biasa (selain Convo Studio), deposit ialah 30% daripada jumlah booking atau minimum RM50, mana yang lebih tinggi. Jika pengiraan menghasilkan nilai perpuluhan, jumlah deposit dibundarkan ke Ringgit berikutnya. Formula Studio ini tidak terpakai secara automatik kepada servis lain yang mempunyai arrangement deposit berbeza.

Slot hanya dianggap secured selepas bayaran yang diperlukan diterima dan disahkan.

Baki bayaran

Baki bayaran perlu dijelaskan mengikut tarikh atau tempoh yang dinyatakan dalam quotation atau invoice. Tempoh bayaran baki mungkin berbeza mengikut jenis servis atau booking.

2. Partial Slot & Convocation Booking

Bagi servis seperti Pre-Convo, Post-Convo, Dewan Exit dan sesi pendek yang lain, booking biasanya mengunci slot tertentu sahaja dan tidak semestinya menutup keseluruhan tarikh.

Jika jadual rasmi konvokesyen masih belum diumumkan, package atau special rate boleh secured terlebih dahulu sementara tarikh atau masa sebenar masih TBC.

Selepas jadual rasmi diterima, tarikh dan masa session akan disusun berdasarkan jadual tersebut serta availability photographer.

Pembayaran deposit untuk booking sebegini tidak bermaksud keseluruhan hari atau keseluruhan tempoh anggaran tarikh diblock untuk client.

3. Reschedule, Cancellation & Package Changes

Tempoh reschedule percuma

Tempoh reschedule percuma selama 48 jam dikira daripada masa booking / pembayaran pertama disahkan oleh Temuha Photography. Ia bukan bermaksud 48 jam sebelum tarikh majlis atau session.

Dalam tempoh 48 jam asal tersebut:

• satu (1) kali pertukaran tarikh dibenarkan tanpa caj reschedule; dan
• pertukaran tetap tertakluk kepada availability.

Tempoh 48 jam tidak bermula semula selepas tarikh ditukar. Sekiranya pertukaran kedua dibuat dalam tempoh yang sama, caj reschedule biasa akan dikenakan.

Caj reschedule

Selepas tempoh percuma asal tamat, atau selepas satu pertukaran percuma telah digunakan, caj berikut dikenakan:

• RM200: Wedding, Sanding-Bertandang, Akad, Sanding dan Tunang.
• RM100: Outdoor, Lifestyle, Maternity Outdoor, Birthday, Pre-Post Wedding, Aqiqah, Pre-Convo, Post-Convo dan Dewan Exit.
• RM50: Sesi Studio Biasa dan Convo Studio.

Semua pertukaran tarikh tertakluk kepada availability. Caj reschedule tidak boleh dikecualikan atau diubah tanpa kebenaran Temuha Photography.

Harga booking baharu

Apabila booking dipindahkan ke tarikh, pakej atau servis baharu, harga dan rules yang sah untuk booking baharu tersebut boleh digunakan. Bayaran yang telah dibuat akan dipindahkan kepada booking baharu.

• Jika jumlah booking baharu lebih tinggi, client perlu membayar perbezaan.
• Jika jumlah booking baharu lebih rendah, lebihan tidak menghasilkan cash refund secara automatik.
• Lebihan boleh dipertimbangkan untuk add-on, produk atau extra time bagi booking tersebut.
• Sebarang cash refund bagi lebihan tertakluk kepada kelulusan Temuha Photography.

Cancellation & no-show

Sekiranya client membatalkan booking, deposit adalah non-refundable. Sekiranya client tidak hadir tanpa notis (no-show), deposit dianggap forfeited dan booking baharu memerlukan deposit baharu. Sebarang kes khas, refund atau pengecualian tertakluk kepada kelulusan Temuha Photography.

Jika Temuha Photography perlu membatalkan

Sekiranya Temuha Photography terpaksa membatalkan booking atas sebab yang tidak dapat dielakkan, client boleh memilih:

• reschedule booking dengan semua bayaran yang telah dibuat dipindahkan kepada booking baharu; atau
• menerima refund bagi bayaran yang telah dibuat untuk booking tersebut.

Kes khas akan dibincangkan secara munasabah antara kedua-dua pihak.

Package upgrade / downgrade

Package upgrade dibenarkan dengan bayaran perbezaan harga. Package downgrade selepas booking tertakluk kepada semakan Temuha Photography dan tidak menghasilkan refund secara automatik. Perubahan package mungkin menyebabkan harga, coverage, produk atau rules booking dikira semula.

4. Coverage, Same-Day Outdoor & Photo Selection

Tempoh coverage yang dinyatakan dalam pakej merupakan anggaran / tempoh maksimum berdasarkan jenis servis dan perjalanan majlis. Jika majlis atau session selesai lebih awal, photographer tidak diwajibkan untuk terus berada sehingga tempoh maksimum semata-mata untuk memenuhi jumlah jam tersebut.

Extra coverage selepas tempoh yang dipersetujui tertakluk kepada availability dan caj tambahan.

Same-Day Outdoor — Wedding

Bagi Wedding Package yang termasuk Same-Day Outdoor, sesi Outdoor tersebut adalah sebahagian daripada keseluruhan package coverage. Ia bukan tambahan masa di luar maksimum coverage pakej kecuali dinyatakan sebaliknya dalam quotation.

Contoh: Wedding Basic dengan coverage sekitar 5–7 jam termasuk Same-Day Outdoor dalam keseluruhan tempoh tersebut.

Jika pakej menyatakan free same-day Outdoor, item complimentary tersebut tidak boleh ditukar secara automatik kepada servis atau item lain, cash value, discount, album, print, frame atau add-on tanpa kebenaran Temuha Photography.

Unlimited photos captured

Jika sesuatu pakej menyatakan unlimited photos captured, ia bermaksud photographer boleh merakam gambar sepanjang tempoh coverage tanpa menetapkan jumlah shutter tertentu. Ia tidak bermaksud setiap frame yang dirakam akan diedit atau dihantar.

Temuha Photography akan memilih gambar yang sesuai / usable untuk editing dan delivery. Test shot, duplicate, blur, closed-eye, misfire atau gambar yang secara teknikal tidak sesuai mungkin tidak dihantar. Tiada jumlah minimum gambar dijanjikan kecuali dinyatakan secara khusus dalam pakej yang dibenarkan.

Add-ons

Add-ons hanya sah selepas dipersetujui dan dimasukkan dalam quotation atau invoice. Harga boleh berubah mengikut tarikh, lokasi, kuantiti, saiz produk atau keperluan kerja.

5. Event Day, Outdoor Location & Client Responsibility

Late arrival / event delay

Coverage bermula berdasarkan waktu yang telah dipersetujui. Sekiranya client atau majlis lewat, waktu session tetap dikira daripada waktu asal yang telah dipersetujui dan tidak dipanjangkan secara automatik.

Extra coverage atau extra time tertakluk kepada availability photographer dan caj tambahan yang berkenaan. Kelewatan majlis tidak memberikan extra time percuma secara automatik.

Lokasi Outdoor

Lokasi Outdoor tertakluk kepada kesesuaian lokasi, akses, cuaca, masa yang tersedia serta keadaan pada hari session. Lokasi tertentu tidak dianggap confirmed sehingga dipersetujui oleh Temuha Photography.

Sekiranya keadaan cuaca, venue atau faktor keselamatan tidak sesuai, photographer boleh mencadangkan lokasi atau arrangement alternatif yang munasabah.

Maklumat daripada client

Client bertanggungjawab memberikan maklumat booking yang tepat dan terkini, termasuk:

• tarikh dan waktu / tentative;
• venue, lokasi dan map pin;
• PIC / emergency contact jika diperlukan; dan
• perubahan penting pada perjalanan majlis.

Maklumat atau perubahan penting hendaklah dimaklumkan seawal yang munasabah. Temuha Photography tidak dapat menjamin coverage yang sama sekiranya maklumat penting diberikan terlalu lewat atau berubah tanpa notis yang mencukupi.

6. Editing, Delivery & Final Product

Editing akan dilakukan mengikut style dan standard Temuha Photography. RAW / unedited files tidak termasuk kecuali dipersetujui secara bertulis.

Permintaan re-edit khas atau perubahan besar selepas final delivery tertakluk kepada semakan. Caj tambahan mungkin dikenakan jika berkenaan.

Anggaran delivery

• Wedding / Event: sekitar 14–30 hari.
• Sesi Studio Biasa: sekitar 3–7 hari bekerja.
• General Studio Priority Editing: sekitar 1–3 hari bekerja, tertakluk kepada queue / confirmation.
• Convo Studio: sekitar 24 jam jika berkenaan.
• Outdoor / Lifestyle: sekitar 7–14 hari.
• Album / Frame: sekitar 3–4 bulan.

Semua timeline ialah anggaran dan boleh berubah bergantung kepada jumlah kerja, musim puncak, technical issue atau keadaan yang munasabah. Tarikh siap tepat hanya dianggap confirmed jika dinyatakan secara khusus oleh Temuha Photography.

Backup & final product

Selepas final delivery dibuat, client bertanggungjawab untuk download dan membuat backup sendiri. Online gallery / Google Photos link tidak dijamin akan disimpan selama-lamanya.

Untuk album/layout, satu pusingan semakan asas boleh diberikan jika termasuk dalam pakej. Pindaan tambahan mungkin dikenakan caj. Untuk print, frame atau album, client perlu menyemak nama, saiz, gambar pilihan dan detail sebelum proses cetakan.

7. Transport, Venue & Quotation Changes

Transport / travel

Caj perjalanan dikira pada kadar RM1/km berdasarkan jumlah perjalanan pergi + balik ke lokasi job.

Contoh: Jika perjalanan ialah 50km pergi dan 50km balik, jumlah perjalanan ialah 100km dan caj transport ialah RM100.

Caj transport tidak termasuk kos penginapan. Bagi lokasi luar kawasan yang memerlukan penginapan, kos penginapan akan dikira secara berasingan dan dinyatakan dalam quotation.

Tol, parking, permit, entrance fee, venue/vendor fee atau caj berkaitan lokasi lain, jika berkenaan, boleh dikenakan secara berasingan kecuali quotation menyatakan ia telah termasuk. Tiada minimum caj transport ditetapkan.

Perubahan venue / lokasi

Quotation dibuat berdasarkan maklumat lokasi dan venue yang diberikan ketika quotation dikeluarkan. Jika client menukar venue atau lokasi selepas quotation / booking, caj venue, transport atau kos berkaitan boleh dikira semula mengikut lokasi atau venue baharu.

Perubahan quotation

Harga quotation adalah berdasarkan maklumat yang diberikan semasa quotation disediakan. Perubahan kepada tarikh, lokasi, venue, coverage, package, servis atau keperluan tambahan boleh menyebabkan jumlah quotation dikira semula.

Sekiranya harga atau arrangement tertentu telah secara khusus secured / confirmed secara bertulis, arrangement tersebut akan dirujuk untuk booking berkenaan.

8. Weather, Venue Restrictions & Uncontrollable Factors

Temuha Photography akan mengambil langkah yang munasabah untuk menjaga kualiti kerja, keselamatan dan data. Cuaca buruk, restriction pihak venue, keadaan keselamatan, kecemasan, kegagalan peralatan di luar kawalan munasabah, bencana alam, road closure, force majeure atau keadaan lain di luar kawalan photographer boleh mempengaruhi flow shooting atau hasil akhir.

• Jika photographer utama tidak dapat hadir kerana kecemasan, Temuha Photography akan cuba mendapatkan replacement photographer yang sesuai.
• Jika berlaku data loss yang disahkan berpunca daripada keadaan di luar kawalan munasabah, penyelesaian akan dibincangkan berdasarkan bayaran dan perkhidmatan yang terlibat.

9. Special Arrangements & General

Special rate, discount, waiver, custom price, custom package atau special arrangement hanya terpakai kepada booking / quotation yang diberikan kebenaran tersebut. Ia bukan harga standard Temuha Photography dan tidak boleh digunakan sebagai rujukan untuk booking pelanggan lain.

Special price, discount, waiver, custom package, custom coverage, refund exception, reschedule exception, special delivery arrangement dan arrangement bukan standard lain mesti disahkan secara bertulis oleh Temuha Photography melalui WhatsApp, quotation, invoice, email atau dokumen yang boleh dirujuk semula.

Jika terdapat perbezaan antara chat, poster, website dan quotation/invoice, arrangement terbaru yang telah disahkan secara bertulis untuk booking tersebut akan dirujuk.

Temuha Photography boleh mengemaskini terms ini dari semasa ke semasa supaya selari dengan pakej, workflow dan operasi semasa.

1. Booking, Confirmation & Deposit

A quotation, estimate or booking-form submission is not a booking confirmation.

A booking is secured only after the required deposit or payment has been received and verified by Temuha Photography.

Depending on the booking type, the confirmation status may be:

• package / special rate secured;
• date locked, time TBC; or
• date and time confirmed.

For bookings awaiting an official schedule, such as convocation sessions, the package or special rate may be secured first even though the exact date or time remains TBC.

Deposit

A paid deposit is non-refundable if the client cancels, unless Temuha Photography confirms otherwise in writing.

The deposit amount depends on the service, package or issued quotation. For Regular Studio Sessions (excluding Convo Studio), the deposit is 30% of the booking total or a minimum of RM50, whichever is higher. A decimal result is rounded up to the next whole Ringgit. This Studio formula does not automatically apply to services with a different deposit arrangement.

A slot is secured only after the required payment has been received and verified.

Balance payment

The balance must be paid by the date or within the period stated in the quotation or invoice. The balance-payment period may differ by service or booking type.

2. Partial Slot & Convocation Booking

For services such as Pre-Convo, Post-Convo, Dewan Exit and other short sessions, a booking normally secures a specific slot and does not necessarily block the entire date.

If the official convocation schedule has not been released, the package or special rate may be secured while the actual date or time remains TBC.

Once the official schedule is available, the session date and time will be arranged according to that schedule and photographer availability.

Paying a deposit for such a booking does not mean the entire day or the full estimated date range is blocked for the client.

3. Reschedule, Cancellation & Package Changes

Free reschedule window

The 48-hour free-reschedule window begins when the first booking / payment is verified by Temuha Photography. It does not mean 48 hours before the event or session date.

Within that original 48-hour window:

• one (1) date change is allowed without a reschedule fee; and
• the change remains subject to availability.

The 48-hour window does not restart after a date change. A second change within the same original window is charged at the normal reschedule rate.

Reschedule fees

After the original free window expires, or after the one free change has been used, these fees apply:

• RM200: Wedding, Sanding-Bertandang, Akad, Sanding and Tunang.
• RM100: Outdoor, Lifestyle, Maternity Outdoor, Birthday, Pre-Post Wedding, Aqiqah, Pre-Convo, Post-Convo and Dewan Exit.
• RM50: Regular Studio Sessions and Convo Studio.

All date changes are subject to availability. A reschedule fee cannot be waived or changed without Temuha Photography’s authorisation.

New booking price

When a booking is moved to a new date, package or service, the valid prices and rules for the revised booking may apply. Payments already made will be transferred to the revised booking.

• If the revised booking costs more, the client must pay the difference.
• If it costs less, the excess does not automatically create a cash refund.
• The excess may be considered for add-ons, products or extra time for that booking.
• Any cash refund of an excess is subject to Temuha Photography’s approval.

Cancellation & no-show

If the client cancels, the deposit is non-refundable. If the client does not attend without notice (no-show), the deposit is forfeited and a new booking requires a new deposit. Special cases, refunds or exceptions are subject to Temuha Photography’s approval.

If Temuha Photography must cancel

If Temuha Photography must cancel for an unavoidable reason, the client may choose to:

• reschedule and transfer all payments made to the revised booking; or
• receive a refund of payments made for that booking.

Special cases will be discussed reasonably between both parties.

Package upgrade / downgrade

A package upgrade is allowed by paying the price difference. A downgrade after booking is subject to Temuha Photography’s review and does not automatically create a refund. A package change may cause the price, coverage, products or booking rules to be recalculated.

4. Coverage, Same-Day Outdoor & Photo Selection

The coverage stated in a package is an estimated / maximum duration based on the service and event flow. If the event or session ends earlier, the photographer is not required to remain until the maximum duration solely to complete the stated number of hours.

Extra coverage beyond the agreed duration is subject to availability and additional charges.

Same-Day Outdoor — Wedding

For a Wedding Package that includes Same-Day Outdoor, the Outdoor session forms part of the overall package coverage. It is not extra time beyond the package maximum unless the quotation states otherwise.

Example: Wedding Basic with approximately 5–7 hours of coverage includes Same-Day Outdoor within that overall duration.

A complimentary same-day Outdoor item cannot automatically be exchanged for another service or item, cash value, discount, album, print, frame or add-on without Temuha Photography’s authorisation.

Unlimited photos captured

If a package states unlimited photos captured, it means the photographer may take photographs throughout the coverage without a fixed shutter count. It does not mean every captured frame will be edited or delivered.

Temuha Photography will select suitable / usable photographs for editing and delivery. Test shots, duplicates, blurred images, closed-eye frames, misfires or technically unsuitable images may not be delivered. No minimum image count is promised unless an authorised package states one specifically.

Add-ons

Add-ons are valid only after agreement and inclusion in the quotation or invoice. Prices may vary by date, location, quantity, product size or work requirements.

5. Event Day, Outdoor Location & Client Responsibility

Late arrival / event delay

Coverage begins at the agreed time. If the client or event is late, session time continues from the original agreed start time and is not automatically extended.

Extra coverage or extra time is subject to photographer availability and the applicable additional charge. An event delay does not automatically provide free extra time.

Outdoor location

An Outdoor location is subject to suitability, access, weather, available time and conditions on the session day. A specific location is not confirmed until agreed by Temuha Photography.

If weather, venue conditions or safety factors are unsuitable, the photographer may suggest a reasonable alternative location or arrangement.

Client information

The client is responsible for providing accurate and current booking information, including:

• date and time / itinerary;
• venue, location and map pin;
• PIC / emergency contact where required; and
• important changes to the event flow.

Important information or changes should be communicated as early as reasonably possible. Temuha Photography cannot guarantee the same coverage if important information is provided too late or changes without sufficient notice.

6. Editing, Delivery & Final Product

Editing will follow Temuha Photography’s style and standards. RAW / unedited files are not included unless agreed in writing.

Special re-edit requests or major changes after final delivery are subject to review. Additional charges may apply where relevant.

Estimated delivery

• Wedding / Event: approximately 14–30 days.
• Regular Studio Sessions: approximately 3–7 working days.
• General Studio Priority Editing: approximately 1–3 working days, subject to queue / confirmation.
• Convo Studio: approximately 24 hours where applicable.
• Outdoor / Lifestyle: approximately 7–14 days.
• Album / Frame: approximately 3–4 months.

All timelines are estimates and may vary due to workload, peak season, technical issues or other reasonable circumstances. An exact completion date is confirmed only when specifically stated by Temuha Photography.

Backup & final product

After final delivery, the client is responsible for downloading and making a personal backup. An online gallery / Google Photos link is not guaranteed to remain available permanently.

For an album/layout, one basic review round may be provided if included in the package. Additional revisions may incur a charge. For print, frame or album orders, the client must check names, sizes, selected photographs and details before printing.

7. Transport, Venue & Quotation Changes

Transport / travel

Travel is charged at RM1/km based on the total outbound + return journey to the job location.

Example: If the journey is 50km outbound and 50km return, the total journey is 100km and the transport charge is RM100.

The transport charge does not include accommodation. For an outstation location requiring accommodation, that cost is calculated separately and stated in the quotation.

Tolls, parking, permits, entrance fees, venue/vendor fees or other location-related charges may be charged separately where applicable, unless the quotation states they are included. No minimum transport fee is set.

Venue / location changes

A quotation is prepared using the venue and location information provided when it is issued. If the client changes the venue or location after quotation / booking, the venue, transport and related costs may be recalculated for the new location or venue.

Quotation changes

A quotation price is based on the information provided when it is prepared. Changes to the date, location, venue, coverage, package, service or additional requirements may cause the quotation total to be recalculated.

If a particular price or arrangement has been specifically secured / confirmed in writing, that arrangement will be referenced for the relevant booking.

8. Weather, Venue Restrictions & Uncontrollable Factors

Temuha Photography will take reasonable steps to maintain work quality, safety and data. Bad weather, venue restrictions, safety conditions, emergencies, equipment failure outside reasonable control, natural disasters, road closures, force majeure or other circumstances outside the photographer’s control may affect the shooting flow or final result.

• If the main photographer cannot attend due to an emergency, Temuha Photography will try to arrange a suitable replacement photographer.
• If confirmed data loss results from circumstances outside reasonable control, a resolution will be discussed based on the payment and service involved.

9. Special Arrangements & General

A special rate, discount, waiver, custom price, custom package or special arrangement applies only to the booking / quotation for which it was authorised. It is not a standard Temuha Photography price and cannot be used as a reference for another client’s booking.

Special prices, discounts, waivers, custom packages, custom coverage, refund exceptions, reschedule exceptions, special delivery arrangements and other non-standard arrangements must be confirmed in writing by Temuha Photography through WhatsApp, quotation, invoice, email or another referenceable document.

If chat, poster, website and quotation/invoice details differ, the latest arrangement confirmed in writing for that booking will be referenced.

Temuha Photography may update these terms from time to time to reflect current packages, workflow and operations.
