1. Booking & Deposit

Untuk lock tarikh, client perlu membuat bayaran deposit seperti yang dimaklumkan dalam invoice atau estimate. Jumlah deposit boleh berubah mengikut jenis pakej, promosi, tarikh, lokasi atau arrangement tertentu.

• Tarikh belum dikira confirmed selagi deposit belum diterima.
• Estimate awal adalah untuk semakan harga dan availability, bukan invoice final.
• Baki bayaran perlu diselesaikan mengikut arahan invoice atau sebelum/selewat-lewatnya pada hari majlis, bergantung kepada pakej.
• Kelewatan bayaran boleh menyebabkan kelewatan proses edit, delivery gambar, atau perubahan arrangement photographer.

2. Coverage & Package

Coverage bergantung kepada pakej yang dipilih. Setiap pakej mempunyai tempoh, deliverables, add-ons dan syarat berbeza.

Wedding / Event

Coverage bermula mengikut masa yang telah dipersetujui. Jika event lewat bermula, masa coverage masih boleh dikira daripada waktu asal yang ditempah kecuali ada persetujuan baru.

Outdoor / Same-day Session

Untuk sesi outdoor yang termasuk dalam pakej atau dipilih sebagai add-on, lokasi dan masa perlu praktikal dari segi jarak, cuaca, cahaya dan flow majlis. Caj tambahan boleh dikenakan jika lokasi terlalu jauh, perlukan masa tambahan, atau berlaku perubahan last minute.

Jika pakej menyatakan free same-day outdoor session, sesi tersebut diberikan sebagai complimentary item dalam pakej dan tidak boleh ditukar kepada servis lain, item lain, cash value, discount, extra album, print, frame atau add-on lain.

Add-ons

Add-ons hanya valid selepas dipersetujui dan dimasukkan dalam invoice/estimate. Harga add-on boleh berubah mengikut tarikh, lokasi, kuantiti, saiz produk atau keperluan kerja.

3. Transport, Venue & Accommodation

Kos transport, parking, tol, entrance fee, permit venue, penginapan atau kos luar kawasan tidak termasuk dalam harga pakej kecuali dinyatakan secara jelas.

• Transport charge bermula dari RM50 untuk kawasan sekitar Kuala Terengganu. Caj sebenar bergantung kepada jarak, lokasi, masa perjalanan dan keperluan job.
• Untuk lokasi jauh atau job yang memerlukan overnight, accommodation/travel arrangement akan dibincangkan dahulu.
• Jika venue mengenakan permit, vendor fee atau bayaran khas, kos tersebut adalah tanggungjawab client kecuali dipersetujui sebaliknya.

4. Cancellation & Reschedule

Deposit adalah non-refundable kerana slot tersebut telah ditahan dan peluang booking lain mungkin telah ditolak.

• Reschedule tertakluk kepada availability photographer pada tarikh baru.
• Perubahan tarikh perlu dimaklumkan seawal mungkin. Perubahan last minute boleh dikenakan caj pengurusan atau caj tambahan.
• Jika client cancel selepas booking confirmed, bayaran yang telah dibuat mungkin tidak boleh dipulangkan bergantung kepada stage kerja, preparation, vendor cost dan tempoh notis.
• Jika Temuha tidak dapat meneruskan kerja disebabkan faktor dalaman yang tidak dapat diganti, refund atau replacement arrangement akan dibincangkan secara adil.

5. Event Day & Client Responsibility

Client perlu memberikan maklumat yang jelas seperti lokasi, masa, contact person, tentatif, dress code, parking/access dan sebarang peraturan venue.

• Temuha tidak bertanggungjawab atas kelewatan yang berpunca daripada alamat tidak tepat, perubahan lokasi mengejut, traffic luar biasa atau maklumat event yang tidak lengkap.
• Client digalakkan menyediakan contact person pada hari event supaya komunikasi lebih lancar.
• Jika event delay dan memerlukan photographer stay lebih lama, caj extra time boleh dikenakan.
• Untuk event besar atau schedule padat, tambahan photographer atau assistant mungkin disarankan.

6. Editing, Delivery & Final Product

Gambar akan dipilih, diedit dan dihantar mengikut flow kerja Temuha. Delivery boleh dibuat melalui Google Photos link, online gallery, album, frame, print atau kaedah lain yang dipersetujui.

• Delivery timeline bergantung kepada jenis job, jumlah gambar, musim peak, queue editing dan add-on priority editing.
• Raw file tidak termasuk kecuali dinyatakan dalam pakej atau dipersetujui secara bertulis.
• Untuk album/layout, satu pusingan semakan asas boleh diberikan jika termasuk dalam pakej. Pindaan tambahan boleh dikenakan caj.
• Client disarankan download dan backup gambar selepas link diterima. Temuha tidak menjamin penyimpanan link selama-lamanya.
• Untuk print, frame atau album, client perlu semak nama, saiz, gambar pilihan dan detail sebelum proses cetakan.

7. Liability & Uncontrollable Factors

Temuha akan berusaha menjaga kualiti kerja dan keselamatan data sebaik mungkin. Namun, beberapa faktor boleh berada di luar kawalan.

• Cuaca, crowd, lighting venue, restriction pihak venue, kesihatan, bencana, road closure atau force majeure boleh mempengaruhi hasil atau flow shooting.
• Jika photographer utama tidak dapat hadir kerana kecemasan, Temuha akan cuba mendapatkan photographer replacement yang sesuai.
• Jika berlaku data loss yang disahkan berpunca daripada keadaan luar kawalan, penyelesaian akan dibincangkan mengikut bayaran/perkhidmatan yang terlibat.
• Temuha tidak bertanggungjawab terhadap kehilangan gambar selepas gambar telah dihantar dan client tidak membuat backup sendiri.

8. General

Temuha berhak mengemaskini terms ini dari semasa ke semasa supaya selari dengan pakej, workflow dan operasi semasa.

• Jika ada perbezaan antara chat, poster, website dan invoice, detail dalam invoice/estimate terbaru yang dipersetujui akan digunakan.
• Promosi atau special price hanya valid dalam tempoh yang dinyatakan.
• Sebarang persetujuan khas perlu dibuat secara bertulis melalui WhatsApp, invoice, email atau dokumen yang boleh dirujuk semula.

1. Booking & Deposit

To secure a date, the client must make a deposit payment as stated in the invoice or estimate. The deposit amount may vary depending on the package type, promotion, date, location or special arrangement.

• The date is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• An early estimate is for price and availability review only, not a final invoice.
• The balance must be paid according to the invoice instruction, either before or on the event day depending on the package.
• Late payment may delay editing, photo delivery or photographer arrangement.

2. Coverage & Package

Coverage depends on the selected package. Each package has its own duration, deliverables, add-ons and conditions.

Wedding / Event

Coverage starts from the agreed time. If the event starts late, coverage time may still be counted from the original booked time unless a new arrangement is agreed.

Outdoor / Same-day Session

For outdoor sessions included in a package or selected as an add-on, the location and timing must be practical based on distance, weather, lighting and event flow. Additional charges may apply if the location is too far, extra time is required or there are last-minute changes.

If a package includes a free same-day outdoor session, it is a complimentary item within the package and cannot be exchanged for another service, another item, cash value, discount, extra album, print, frame or other add-on.

Add-ons

Add-ons are valid only after they have been agreed and included in the invoice or estimate. Add-on prices may vary depending on date, location, quantity, size or work requirements.

3. Transport, Venue & Accommodation

Transport, parking, toll, entrance fees, venue permits, accommodation or outstation costs are not included in the package price unless clearly stated.

• Transport charge starts from RM50 around Kuala Terengganu. The final charge depends on distance, location, travel time and job requirements.
• For distant locations or jobs that require overnight stay, accommodation and travel arrangements will be discussed first.
• If the venue requires a permit, vendor fee or special charge, that cost is the client’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.

4. Cancellation & Reschedule

The deposit is non-refundable because the slot has been reserved and other booking opportunities may have been declined.

• Rescheduling is subject to photographer availability on the new date.
• Date changes should be informed as early as possible. Last-minute changes may include management or additional charges.
• If the client cancels after the booking is confirmed, payments made may not be refundable depending on work stage, preparation, vendor cost and notice period.
• If Temuha cannot proceed due to an internal issue that cannot be replaced, a fair refund or replacement arrangement will be discussed.

5. Event Day & Client Responsibility

The client must provide clear details such as location, time, contact person, itinerary, dress code, parking/access and venue rules.

• Temuha is not responsible for delays caused by inaccurate address details, sudden location changes, unusual traffic or incomplete event information.
• The client is encouraged to provide a contact person on the event day for smoother communication.
• If the event is delayed and requires the photographer to stay longer, extra time charges may apply.
• For larger events or packed schedules, an additional photographer or assistant may be recommended.

6. Editing, Delivery & Final Product

Photos will be selected, edited and delivered according to Temuha’s workflow. Delivery may be through Google Photos link, online gallery, album, frame, print or another agreed method.

• Delivery timeline depends on job type, photo quantity, peak season, editing queue and priority editing add-on.
• Raw files are not included unless stated in the package or agreed in writing.
• For album/layout, one basic review round may be given if included in the package. Additional changes may include extra charges.
• The client is advised to download and back up photos once the link is received. Temuha does not guarantee permanent storage of the link.
• For print, frame or album orders, the client must check names, size, selected photos and details before printing begins.

7. Liability & Uncontrollable Factors

Temuha will make reasonable efforts to maintain work quality and data safety. However, some factors may be beyond control.

• Weather, crowd, venue lighting, venue restrictions, health issues, disasters, road closures or force majeure may affect shooting flow or final results.
• If the main photographer cannot attend due to an emergency, Temuha will try to arrange a suitable replacement photographer.
• If confirmed data loss happens due to uncontrollable circumstances, the resolution will be discussed based on the payment/service involved.
• Temuha is not responsible for photo loss after the photos have been delivered and the client has not made a personal backup.

8. General

Temuha may update these terms from time to time to match current packages, workflow and operations.

• If there is any difference between chat, poster, website and invoice, the latest agreed invoice/estimate details will apply.
• Promotions or special prices are valid only within the stated period.
• Any special agreement must be made in writing through WhatsApp, invoice, email or another referenceable document.
